This policy explains how NEWONE MEDIA CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our website and the RapidLine applications (“the Services”).

1. Information we collect

• Account information. An email address and, where a subscription is purchased, billing details necessary to process the transaction.
• Service data. Connection timestamps, the identifier of the line a session used, client version, operating system version, and a device identifier generated by the application. This is used to enforce subscription limits and to diagnose faults.
• Diagnostic reports. If you choose to submit one, a report containing recent application logs and network test results.

2. What we do not collect

We do not log the contents of your network traffic, the destinations you connect to, or the websites you visit through the Services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How we use information

Information is used solely to operate, secure and support the Services: to authenticate you, apply the limits of your plan, maintain service quality, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

4. Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except where necessary to provide the Services (for example, a payment processor) or where required by applicable law. Any such provider is bound to use the information only for the purpose we specify.

5. Retention

Account records are retained while the account is active and for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules. Service data is retained for no longer than 90 days, after which it is deleted or aggregated so it can no longer identify an individual.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to hi@tiktokline.net and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the application.
